Virginia Roussaw is highly skilled and detail-oriented with over 20 years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and accounting operations. She has spent the majority of her time serving as a staff accountant at some of the top engineering firms and managing client accounts at some of the largest law firms in the country, such as Sands Anderson and McGuire Woods. 

 

Regarding serving the community, Virginia has a deep passion and understanding for giving back especially in the Non-Profit sector. Virginia is also passionate about ensuring transparency and supporting business growth.

 

Throughout her career, Virginia has worked with businesses across retail and manufacturing sectors, helping them streamline financial processes and make data-driven decisions.

Outside of work, Virginia enjoys hiking, volunteering, running marathons for worthy causes, reading about emerging trends in finance and mentoring.
