Kroussaw Foundation (KRF) Sponsorship Terms & Conditions Effective Date: March 27, 2025 1. Introduction Welcome to the Kroussaw Foundation (KRF) Membership Program. By joining as an Individual or Group member, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions, which outline your rights, responsibilities, and benefits. 2. Membership Types & Eligibility We offer two types of membership: Individual Membership – Open to anyone who supports our mission to advance STEM, sustainability, and mental wellness initiatives. Group Membership – Available to organizations, businesses, and teams. A primary account holder will manage the group membership, with benefits extending to all listed members. Membership is open to individuals aged 18 and older. Those under 18 may join through a parent, guardian, or an affiliated group. 3. Membership Benefits Members gain access to exclusive benefits, including: Individual Members Invitations to KRF-hosted workshops, events, and webinars Access to digital resources and research materials Priority enrollment in community programs Discounts on select paid events and courses Group Members All Individual Membership benefits for registered group members Custom collaboration opportunities with KRF initiatives Recognition on the KRF website and promotional materials Consultation sessions with KRF leadership for program integration KRF reserves the right to modify benefits at any time. Members will be notified of major changes. 4. Membership Fees & Payment Individual Membership: $25 per year Group Membership: $100 per month (includes up to 5 members, with additional members at $25 each) Fees are billed annually via Wix Payments, PayPal, or Stripe. Membership fees are non-refundable, except in cases of billing errors. 5. Membership Duration & Renewal Memberships are valid for 12 months from the activation date. 6. Group Membership Terms The primary account holder is responsible for managing the group membership, including updating member details. All group members must comply with KRF’s Code of Conduct. Group memberships cannot be transferred to individuals outside the registered group without KRF approval. 7. Cancellation & Refund Policy Members may cancel their membership at any time by contacting contact@kroussawfoundation.org. Refunds are only available in cases of fraudulent charges or billing errors. 8. Code of Conduct All members are expected to: Engage respectfully in all KRF events, programs, and discussions. Uphold ethical standards when interacting with KRF initiatives. Avoid discriminatory, offensive, or disruptive behavior. KRF reserves the right to suspend or terminate memberships if members violate this code. 9. Privacy Policy KRF values your privacy. We collect and store member information only for membership management and program updates. We will not share or sell your data without consent. Full details are available in our Privacy Policy. 10. Changes to Terms KRF reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of any significant changes. 11.
