By participating, artists agree to these terms and confirm they have rights to sell all displayed works.

Application Process

  • 10% of gross sales from the show goes to KRF (Host)

  • Artists retain 90% of all earnings

  • Payment settlement handled at end of show

Recommended Artwork

We encourage artists to bring:

  • Original canvas works (paintings, mixed media, etc.)

  • High-quality prints (giclee, professional reproductions)

  • Variety of price points to accommodate different buyers

Artwork Rights & Photography

  • Artists retain full ownership of their original works

  • Event organizers may photograph the show for promotional purposes

  • Artists grant limited rights for event documentation and marketing use only

  • No reproduction rights of artwork are transferred

Artists Responsibility

  • Professional presentation and setup

  • Bring your own display materials (easels, tables, etc.)

  • Handle your own sales transactions

  • Maintain booth throughout show hours
