Meet the Team
We are a dedicated group of people who truly identify with the mission and vision of The KRoussaw Foundation. Meet the people who believe in being the change they want to see!
Kilil Roussaw, is a Philadelphia born entrepreneur, business owner, and D.C. educator. He began his work with the community early on with his volunteer work in the inner cities of Norfolk and Philadelphia. His objective over the last few years has been to build confidence within individuals. As an African American male, through spreading the message that with hard work and dedication, you can be whatever you want to be. This message is one he feels often times get lost in our youth.
Kilil has continued to sponsor community events, mentor our youth; as well as create programs to help them influence change within themselves and others. He strives to promote a positive lifestyle and he believes that’s something anyone can relate to.
"I’ve chased my dreams and always knew that with determination, I could do anything."
It’s that philosophy that has gotten Kilil to be a successful entrepreneur and educator today. His only goal is to spark change in the world, and he knows by maintaining a positive lifestyle, the possibilities are limitless.
