Career Readiness & Entrepreneurship Program
For High School, College Students & Adults
The Career Readiness and Entrepreneurship (CRE) Program is designed for high school and college students and recent graduates. It is a dualtrack program in which participants can choose to pursue a job or start their own business or both. The program exposes the participants to all aspects of entrepreneurship and job readiness. It operates in cohorts, concluding with ‘pitch competition’ and paid internship opportunities. A business incubator program is also a vital component of this program.
Like all our programs, our Career Readiness and Entrepreneurship Program is based on The KRoussaw 360 Method.

The this is dual track program with the following goals: to improve job placement rates among the program participants and to increase small business ownership rates among the participants as well as to create employment opportunities with new local businesses.
