Meet Our Team.
The KRoussaw Foundation was founded by Kilil Roussaw, and Whitney Royal in 2019. The interest was to provide the community with resources that would promote growth in the areas that needed attention most. A child and family-centered approach to addressing issues that plague the community was the focus. We have been serving the community in that capacity since our inception.
Whitney Royal takes a vision and makes it reality through sound strategy development. She intuitively sees the threads of opportunity that wind through an organization, brings them together into a coherent whole, helps others extend their thinking, and drives material business advantage.
I am honored and proud to be a member of the KRoussaw Foundation and invite you to join me in that feeling.I think of myself as a Community Catalyst. I am heavily involved in KRoussaw Foundation and consider my many activities as part of the civic rent I owe to KRoussaw Foundation for all it has given me and my family.
