To help eradicate social and economic disadvantages, within underserved communities, through education, resources, and awareness of self.

Our Vision

To ensure we become a society of change agents who use action, servant leadership and purpose to make a monumental difference in the world.

Our Five Pillars

Character Development

To cultivate or mature the mental and moral qualities distinctive to an individual’s soul, archetype, and inherent nature. To accomplish the objective of the development of character, we aim to educate and model these core principles of the Study of Purpose and Effective & Servant Leadership Training.

The Importance of Holistic Health & Wellness

Good health and wellness practices lead to good spiritual, mental, physical, emotional and community health. Therefore, working as a whole to strive for better health and wellness habits can help boost self-confidence, self-esteem, self-worth and help prevent a variety of ailments including cardiovascular disease, obesity, depression, etc.

Principles of Economics
(Macro & Micro)

“Economics is a social science concerned with the production, distribution, and consumption of goods and services. It studies how individuals, businesses, governments, and nations make choices about how to allocate resources,” (Investopedia, Hayes, 2020). According to the NAACP, the common recurring statistic in money circulation within communities, and other organizations, suggests that the Black dollar is unregulated but only has an average lifespan of just six hours in Black communities.

Know Your History

Future history cannot be fulfilled without possessing the knowledge and understanding of the power of our ancestor’s past. The true knowledge of one’s history provides the inquirer with the means to examine and discover significant triumphs, challenges, and patterns of the past. Thus, fostering fundamental perspectives for understanding and resolving present and imminent crises.

The Power of Entrepreneurship

The epitome of entrepreneurship can be found in this quote: “Dedicate yourself to a core set of values. Without them, you will never be able to find personal fulfillment, and you will never be able to lead effectively.” — Kenneth Chenault.  To be an entrepreneur takes freedom from the norm, self-discipline, and calculated risks. In addition, evolution and adaptation is key as entrepreneurs strive to learn from their successes and their failures, in order to advance the culture all around them.
